The Wolftrap White 2009

This wine surprised me when I first tasted it.  The Wolftrap white (South Africa) is a blend of Viognier (40%), Chenin Blanc (39%) and Grenache Blanc (21%).  It has been aged in oak but is not a predominate flavour.  This wine is smooth full bodied with a spicy aromatic appeal.
