1865 Syrah
This new wine will be arriving on Friday June 18. But I had an early tasting when the agent came through the other day. Every job has its perks 
The 1865 Syrah is from the San Pedro vineyard & winery in Chile and is a full-bodied wine with soft tannins. The 1865 Syrah was chosen Best In Show at the 7th Annual Wines of Chile Awards 2010.
This wine improves as it breathes. Either decant or let it breathe in the glass for about 30 minutes. If you’re like me and there is no way you’re going to wait 30 minutes after opening a bottle of wine then might I suggest using an aerator.
