Peachy Canyon winery sits in the westside of Paso Robles on the Central Coast of California.  The Cirque du Vin 2007 is comprised of 6 grape varietals – 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Zinfandel, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, 5% Petite Syrah and 2% Petite Verdot.  “Aromas of black currants, sage, leather, cherries and spice fill the glass.
